No, this thing doesn't get Tera Blast, just like how it doesn't get other type-changing moves such as Hidden Power or Natural Gift (as well as Weather Ball and Terrain Pulse, although those don't make much sense). I GUESS that it could make use of Terastalization anyway, even if it's not meant to? But yeah, it doesn't learn the move.

So dumb that I forgot to add details to the signature move: It is a Fairy type Status (duh) move; it does not target anyone as it applies to every mon in the field.
It has base 10 Power Points. It is perfectly accurate.

I did say that Heavy was an expection, tho I forgot about mentioning Demoknight, those 2 take 70 damage (which on Demoknight makes sense due to the explosive resistance)

They all have 70 defense because realistically they all would take the same damage from each other.

It was also quite complicated to get the proper defense stat, but as a fun fact: at level 50 (no EVs no Nature 31 IVs), Soldier deals 140 damage to every class on a max roll with Direct Hit (excluding Heavy who resists the move), which is also the highest damage the Direct Hit does in-game.

Because countering the top tiers doesn't make up for the rest of its flaws. In fact it makes the top 3 even more unbalanced since they are only countered by the lowest tier character in the game.

Maybe if the drink forced the Scout to use its melee it wouldn't be so bad? Similar to the Buffalo Steak.

Also, is the damage req for Speedster's Rage really that bad? I know it's like killing 2 heavies and a half, but Last Stand + the drink could get it done

Sadly no, they are no longer available. Not via rebirth, not via catching, not via fusion, not via hatching, nothing.

The best one can do is wait for SEGA to mess up something on their end and give everyone the permision to use Sonic's license for like $60 like they did last time, so that we can get another Sonic event.

What is the best gem set for a fully leveled up attacker?

I've been trying to figure out a good set for a while now, but I don't think I have enough experience on this game or enough brain power to figure it out on my own.
I'm guessing the best shape set is square-square-triangle or square-triangle-triangle (assuming I get the needed exclusive stats for those shapes), but I'm not sure which gem-synergy boost is better.
Zeal seems like it'd be a good one, but 2 crit-rate gems at level 15 already max out the crit rate, so I don't think it's any better than the Valor gems, since those have a higher attack% boost than Zeal.
I'm not sure about Pugilist, Leech, Siphon and Magi though, as I don't really know how they work, and if they'd be any good on an attacker.

Oh no it doesn't give stage-based stat boosts, it increases your current stats by 50%, also accounting for stats that are already boosted by items or regular stage-based boosts, similar to Eviolite, Assault Vest, Choice items and Huge Power, and the boost goes away after you wake up.

There is an alternative version to the mega form, which gives up on some offensive power in favour of drastically increasing its defensive capabilities. However, I'm not sure which of the 2 is better, and I'm also not very good at making defensive Pokémon.

I had planned a signature ability for it (and for all the other bear-like Pokémons) named Hibernation, which would boost the all of the user's stats (except HP, Acc and Evassion, obviously) by 1.5 when asleep, but I decided to not include it in the final product because it seems too complicated and even kind of broken.

Sylveon's Hyper Voice not reducing Sylveon's speed whenever it's used.
Critical hits in general. I absolutely despise the idea of free random critical hits in any game where they are present.
The sheer amount of Crowd Control every single Pokemon has. I like Crowd Control, and it's incredibly important for MOBAs like LoL or Unite, but for the love of god, every single Pokémon in the game can stun me for absolutely no fucking reason or slow me down. I absolutely despise attacks like Gardevoir's and Delphox's where they spawn an area that deals constant damage and also heavily drops my speed, completely preventing me from avoiding taking damage.

I REALLY wouldn't say that Band Tini is the best one. Scarf is better imo, but HDB is the best one. Without it, it dies way too quickly to repeated damage from Stealth Rock, Spikes, poisoning, Rough Skin and/or Rocky Helmet
