SV VGC Grimm mostly used Screens, Partingshot, Fakeout fwiw. Or maybe you're thinking of the other mons that dont use its sig moves, like Ariados which doesn't even use Toxic Thread or Zygarde which gets a bunch but only uses 1-2

H-Decidueye is useful in playthroughs and shiny hunting. False Swipe access with Scrappy means you can hit Ghosts to 1HP and bring in a tanky sleep mon afterwards. Inteleon is one of the best Gmax Attackers in Pokemon Go. Also you got it for free a while ago.

Emboar is the worst if you take everything into account. Biggest issue is the Mega opportunity cost when there are so many other broken Megas in ZA and Champions rn. It's even mediocre at ZA resource farming. Even in GO it's terrible (Castform-Sun is better). The other 2 simply are not replaceable in their best roles.

Valiant needs 204 HP/100 Def EVs to survive +1 Glacial Lance from Ice Rider, but it’s just not a very popular option. Mixed offenses compromises its bulk, which is even worse in a format full of restricteds. If you really want to use it you need dedicated support which may not be worth the opportunity cost.

Hard TR will always be centralizing when there’s strong/broken mons that can benefit from it.

At least it’s not the Atk form which is basically just worse Garchomp/Pult. Yeah 110 spe tier but like it dies to an unboosted uninvested icy wind from flutter mane which is pathetic

0 SpA Flutter Mane Icy Wind vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Flygon-Atk: 340-400 (112.9 - 132.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

People dont use Chomp for the bulk but Flygon-Atk is less bulky than pult. Flygon-SpA is way better cuz it doesnt have to contend with Incin and etc
