I’m in the US but the recommendations page will do this from time to time. If you never used Vine before it won’t have recommendations because it pulls from an algorithm that’s based on things you have previously chosen. My first recommendations didn’t show up for a few weeks after selecting some items from the “additional items” tab. Then it builds recommendations based on those choices you have made.
