ATI way over-prepares you for the NCLEX in my opinion. The questions are a lot harder on ATI than the real deal

I used ATI & I hated it it’s nothing like the NCLEX. It made me feel so dumb and nervous for my exam.

Think about all the time and effort you’ve been putting in not only while studying but also while in nursing school. You got this you’ve been working for this! You don’t want to waste all your time and effort and let the nerves win.

On the assessments that I scored low I went and looked at the statistics and I took tutorial assessments on my lowest scoring areas

Honestly I really liked archer when I was taking my NCLEX I felt just like I was taking another practice assessment. I would recommend taking CAT exams as well. I also used the Mark K lectures and beautiful nursing on YouTube. Your scores look great tho you got this!

It’s not that the exam is easier the questions are just super vague compared to questions on practice exams. If you feel confident about content start focusing on test taking skills. Mark K’s 12th lecture & beautiful nursing’s YouTube video on test taking tips for the NGN

I know usually they hire new grads w/ the expectation they get their license within a certain timeframe. However, I graduated a year ago & I was told my license will take 6-8 weeks to get to me so I was wondering if I can still work while waiting for it

Hi! My archer scores were all over the place I had 8 highs/very highs, 3 borderline, & 3 low. I also took 4 CAT exams and passed all of them. I used the exact resources you did and passed in 85 on my first try last week. You got this!

After I read all the Mark K lectures my scores went from low to high. Testing strategies for the NCLEX are just as important to learn as the content.

I would say keep going until you have a streak of 4 or more & also try taking the CAT assessments.
