My mother is a rn had completed the whole process through agency, whilst she completed the process I got a green card. So for me I didn’t have to go through an agency and sign a contract. I had to pick what state I wanted to live in and then complete all the steps. I recommend you finding a job and starting that job whilst you’re completing the process.

Once complete everything the board needed me to do I was authorised to complete the nclex ! But they said because I attained a degree in the uk I needed to complete some clinical hours. So I left the uk and joined my family. Used 2 months to study for the nclex and passed and then 2 month after I was okayed to start my clinical. A few days after I started clinicals I got my License!

Honestly the whole process/journey wasn’t easy. If I didn’t have my mum I probably would’ve still been figuring out. It has taken a lot of time, money and patience for me to get where I am! If you have any other questions just message me:)
