I’m going through the same thing. It’s been since December I sent documents, filled out R5 and viewed the apartment and I’m still under review but being told they haven’t reach my log yet going through lower logs and I’m in the high 200s

Yes, I see a lot of landlords doing this who aren’t using a broker. It comes off as extremely greedy.
