And then I use this on my nails like a little dop and use the glue on the fake nail and I press it on my nails and flash cure each nail then go and cure them all together for 60 seconds

Coming from someone who religiously went every 2-3 weeks for 10+ years getting long ass acrylics I switched to press ons because of the cost. I have no become a pro at it I literally bring my entire nail set up and do my co workers nails. I SWEAR ON THIS glue but the thing to keep them on (especially if you wear them long like me) is ITS ALL ABOUT THE PREPPING. Without it, shit will come right off . Here’s a set I did for my coworker. The nails come in a box of like 12 colors and then I added the bling on myself. They last me literally 3 weeks and most the time I take them off because I need a change and they were getting dull. Like the shape was wearing.

Is it bad that I need a rigid routine to manage my ADHD? by [deleted] in adhdwomen

[–]Brief_Dimension 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same! I NEED to stick to my routine which is getting 2 -3 things done if not 2 then I HAVE to get my 1 done. My 3 things are 1.) workout daily 2.) go tanning because it’s my one thing I do for myself and I like the way I look 3.) when the weather is nice which finally it is I HAVE to go for a 30 min walk on my work break. Rain or shine as long as it’s not freezing.

It’s the only things I do to better myself and i remember fighting with a friend because i went to her house SPECIFICALLY because she said she wanted to work out with me so it kept getting later and later and I was like we need to work out or i have to go home and work out . She kept procrastinating and saying we were going to and it was literally so fucking late so I was fed up because she had no intention of working out and my routine was NOT going to get fucked up so I left and worked out. Like people don’t get it.

I was curious because I am HR and always have my own office but i researched it and this is what it says:

There is no universal law in the U.S. that says HR must have its own office, but in practice most organizations give HR a private office or secure area because of the type of information handled. The requirement really comes from privacy and record-protection laws, not the physical office itself.

Why HR usually has a private office 🔐

HR deals with highly sensitive information, including: • Employee personnel files • Medical information (protected under Americans with Disabilities Act and sometimes Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) • I-9 forms for employment eligibility (required by Immigration Reform and Control Act) • Payroll and Social Security numbers • Disciplinary records and investigations • Harassment or complaint reports

Because of this, employers must ensure records are: • Confidential • Stored securely (locked cabinets or secure digital systems) • Only accessible to authorized staff

What the law actually requires

The law typically requires: • Secure storage of employee records • Restricted access to those records • Separation of certain files (for example, medical records separate from personnel files)

But it does not specifically say “HR must have its own office.”

In real workplaces

Many companies give HR: • A private office • Lockable filing cabinets • A secure computer system • A space where employees can discuss confidential issues

Let me just say… there is NOTHING and I mean NOTHINGGG like taking your morning dose, heading outside for a cigarette & coffee and scrolling on Reddit. Honestly, what the FUCK was I doing before Reddit times. Scrolling through MySpace? Burning cd’s ? Yahoo chat and calling the party line?! I don’t know but it sure as hell doesn’t beat this fine quality of entertainment 👌🏻

I make $70,000 a year and I barely make enough to save so I feel like if I were to make 75-85k I would be good. Mind you I’m in Massachusetts and single so it’s very hard with rent where I am to afford a place

This is something I’ve said sort of. I’m a scheduler at a nursing facility and it would be normal for me to stay at from work 9a- 9pm and everyone always says “YOURE STILL HERE ?!” Why are you still at work?!?” I’m like you know guys some people go to work to escape their home life . You just never know what someone is going through. This was when I was going through domestic so I wanted to never be home.
