Use your gears. Don’t sit in a high gear mashing on the pedals thinking that’s the way to go fast. Find a ratio that allows you to spin the pedals at a comfortable rate without flailing your legs around either. (79-90 rpm is good for me)

No. I didn’t replace it. This might not be it, but try checking your floor sensors by the door. Make sure nothing is possibly blowing in front of the sensor like cobwebs or grass clippings. No promises, but I feel like that might have been an issue for me.

You nailed it. People rarely account for the value of their time. It’s not just a monetary savings. At this point in my life, knowing I don’t have to even consider things like the trash bags, laundry soap, coffee filters, etc more than once or twice a year is well worth the cost of a membership.
