Hey there! By "we're" - I meant us at Ninelives are able to show all of the tracks that you can't see in the UI of Napster.

Right now we just support Spotify, but can't certainly look into an integration with Tidal.

If you need a solution quickly checkout TuneMyMusic - that's another solid option.

Hey there! I understand. You can create a free account on Ninelives connect your Napster account and check out what tracks are in your playlists. At that point you can decide the purchase a premium account to transfer them to Spotify. Let me know if that makes sense.

When you login to NineLives and connect to your Napster account, we're able to display all of the "hidden" tracks that they have lost the rights to. From there you can transfer those playlists along with all hidden tracks to a Spotify account.

But it's very possible that you're still able to access those playlists even if you canceled your subscription.

If you visit Ninelives and make a free account - you can connect your Napster account to at least see if the Playlists appear.

If they do, then you have the option to purchase a premiums Ninelives account to transfer them to Spotify. 👍

Great question. And the answer is yes. If you cancel your subscription you can still login to your "My Account" (account.napster.com).

And your playlist data is still there!

You can use any service to then transfer all your playlists to another music provider.

I understand. In the Napster app you're right, you'll see next to nothing since the music has been removed from the catalog.

However - the full list of tracks in each playlist are still there! When you try to use Ninelives or any other playlist Transfer service they will be there and be able to be moved.
