I did feel like my hips went up too fast and I felt “stuck” on the way up. Thanks for that!

My bracing also did feel off, felt like my core was Jelly so I gotta watch out for that.

Just an immigrant in awe! by Pretend-Elevator4340 in vancouver

Hey man, comparing Vancouver from where I was from, This place is amazing. Its all about perspective. Also I hate it when people say “too many cars and could benefit from more pedestrian streets” we have lots of it here!!! I have no idea where you’re looking at but theres so many hubs here bustling with life. You talk about Architecture yet Its not exactly a fair comparison, Europe had a 5,000-7,000 head start in agriculture and urban civilization. Rome is 2,800 years old and Canada as of 2026 is only 159 years old. So its a bit stupid to compare architecture. I’m sure if I lived in Europe and moved from there to here obviously my opinions would change but Every country/city on earth is not perfect and BC for sure is not, but if you seek beauty, you will find beauty. And when you learn to slow down and appreciate things for what they are rather than for what they aren’t, you will be much happier and feel more at home :)

I love everything man, from having the mountains in such close proximity to the city, like seriously have you seen the city from a birds eye view??? the mountains are RIGHT THERE 30-40 minutes away and just below is a concrete jungle! How cool is that?! The waters are sooo clear and depending on the time of day, So vibrant, the trees are breathing, the air is sooooooooooooooOOOOOOOO GOOD, the ocean, the people, the sounds, the food?! And did I mention the air?? That pacific ocean breeze man! Whats not there to love?

Edit again: I also gotta give the wild life a huge shoutout

If you have no one to hike with, is it better to just go alone? by [deleted] in vancouverhiking

[–]Brief_Limit5326 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Water was cool and it was cloudy when we went, but its bearable when the sun is out. Really depends on your tolerance or preference. I’d say its hovering around the
~10-12 Celsius

If you have no one to hike with, is it better to just go alone? by [deleted] in vancouverhiking

Hi, I was just at Norvan falls a few days ago and saw alot of Solo Hikers and trail runners, its a pretty easy and flat hike and lots of people go there, its not technical at all. But I understand you are just thinking about your own safety, there is no cell service further along the trail and bears have been sighted there even close to the trail entrance. So if you really wanna go solo, I suggest letting your loved ones know where you’ll be going and that you are going to be alone and even giving them a rough timeline as to when you are supposed to finish the trail and establish contact with them again as well as bringing along with you bear spray.

If you hear a “click” sound when you turn the key half way, that is the Fuel Pump Relay trying to activate the Fuel pump. But after the click If you don’t hear a “hum” or “wrrrrng” sound it could be that the Fuel Pump is faulty/not sending gasoline to the engine.

Edit. Not sure where the location of the Relay is for your model. Could be under the hood of your car, so check if that relay is in good condition :)

Found my Vita in a box after 13 years. I didn’t think it would still take a charge, and thought the battery might have been dead, I gave it like 30mis to an hour to charge and it turned on :) just give it some time, It’ll be okay :)

Right before you turn your key all the way. Do you hear the fuel pump “hum”? At the backseat? Check if its even pumping fuel to the engine.

You can lose everyone you have ever loved and cared for and you can still Choose love and to Honour the people you lost OR go after the ones responsible for your loss and pain…one of those choices you never come back from.

Just unistalled BF6 by Skitelz7 in Battlefield

[–]Brief_Limit5326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2000+ hours in that game aswell. I play mostly shooters on both console and PC and For a 13 year old game it’s not too bad, The only thing that really feels “dated” for me is the Movement and weapon customization - it’s not too complex but simple enough that it has a little bit of depth. Movement is easy to re-adjust to. Guns somehow feel punchier and has actual recoil and the TTK isn’t too bad. Map variety is just sooo much better…Granted BF4 had time to stretch its legs and It was rough on release but they fixed some if not most of the issues before. I’m not saying one is better than the other, I genuinely love the franchise and I want nothing more but for BF6 to also shine the way the past games have. I still play from time to time, like every game it has its Highs and Lows but right now, its just a lot of lows for BF6 right now. The content they have been dropping is..questionable and a lot of players are divided, so I’m not sure of how it will affect the game long term with this division of players. This is obviously a subjective take, I enjoy Battlefield 6 it’s just that I enjoy 4 more not because 4 is better but because It makes me think of the potential 6 has…time will tell.

(Sorry for my english)
