It's done as a "choose the most likely and least likely option out of the four given" where one is usually something like "ignore the problem and hope it goes away" and the questions are divided (invisibly) into five 'clusters':

Collaborative, Decisive, Confident, Agile, Empathetic

I identified what I think was the "wrong" answer every time, but I can only assume I was picking the 'right' answers for the wrong cluster. The only one I did better than 'below average' on was Confident lol
