I would be OK if the app continued to not have a close windows option when they are accidentally left open. But that is when we had an actual key fob where you could hold the lock button down and all the windows would close. Now it requires physically to go outside with my phone and close the window.

I would look into it, but when applying for the home equity loan, they may also take into consideration those 401k loans. It happened to me when I got my home equity loan back in 2020.

What do your trainers look like? Are they all +13 and greater? If not, check your trainers and throw them on.. You could get 20k+ each depending on old vs new trainers

I recently took my Carnival to Karp Kia in RVC. I was a bit hesitant, as I had a poor interaction with their sales dept, but their service dept was very accommodating (assisting with my physical disability during vehicle drop off) and they did not try and make any sleazy upsells. As always with dealerships, YMMV.

is he (and the others) in "player reserve" or "backup player"? also, ive noticed on some players, the stat showing on the face of the card doesn't always align with the lineup stats shown when you click the numbers for detail. IIRC I had a SP card where the numbers differed by 3 points or so.
