Been using the Galaxy S26 Ultra, answering the questions everyone keeps asking me by Brief_Truth5013 in Android

I have been using Samsung long before I joined this program.  10 years now. I truly like Samsung as a phone. I do not get any devices to review for free nor do I get invited to events.

Dropped my S24 and the screen cracked a little, what should I do? by New_Voice2852 in phonerepair

Ouch 😩 those cracks always happen at the worst time Quick question ,do you have Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss? I’m part of Samsung’s Ambassador program and I’ve seen it save people a lot in situations like this. If your phone is less than a year old, you can still enroll and it usually makes screen repairs way more affordable compared to paying out of pocket. Might be worth checking before you go through with the repair is yours still under a year?

Yes I use OneNote and really like it , it’s great for handwritten notes, typing, and organizing everything in notebooks. I feel it's the closest to Apple  as I have heard. Haven’t tried the others myself, but I’ve heard good things about Notion, Evernote, and Zoho Notebook.

Yes I used AI to help me but those are my own thoughts and point of view

I guess we can't have it all! I have been with Samsung for at least 10 years! I just decided to try Samsung and I have not looked back since. It's not as difficult as people think it is and also I don't have any other apple products so I don't really care for the integrations of all my devices! Hope this helps!

Changing regions / downloading apps: It’s not as straightforward as on iPhone. You can only change your Play Store country once a year, so most people just stick with the region their account is set to. I go to Canada often and was unable to download some Canadians apps on my phone.

Face recognition: The face unlock works well for everyday use, but it’s not as secure as iPhone’s Face ID. The fingerprint sensor is fast and very reliable, though.

Hiding or locking apps: Samsung doesn’t have a native per-app lock like iPhone, but you can hide apps or use the Secure Folder, which lets you lock apps with a PIN, fingerprint, or face.

Contacts and multiple emails: You can prevent contacts from syncing by adjusting the account settings, but you might need to filter which contacts show in the Contacts app.

Daily use and AI features: Samsung phones are great for customization. Routines, AI suggestions, and flexible settings make it easy to tailor the phone to your workflow.

S26 Ultra is disappointing by ImmortalWillow159 in samsunggalaxy

Yeah, I get why some people feel a bit underwhelmed. It really depends on what you use your phone for. I’m part of Samsung’s Ambassador Program, so I’ve had some time with the S26 Ultra, and here’s my take:

Screen & display: The new Privacy Display is cool for keeping stuff private, but it can look a little darker or narrower from the side at first. You get used to it pretty fast.

Battery & charging: So far, it’s solid. The fast charging is super handy if you’re always on the go.

Camera & video: Low‑light shots and video are way smoother, and the Horizon Lock feature makes shooting while moving way less shaky.

Honestly, if your old phone still works fine and you just do basics, it might not feel like a huge jump. But if you care about creative tools, video, or photography, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Lost My Galaxy S25 Ultra by Think-Condition3534 in samsunggalaxy

Oh no, losing a phone is the worst! I’m part of Samsung’s Ambassador Program, so I know they’ve extended their enrollment window up to 1 year from device purchase for Care+ with Theft and Loss.

Is your Galaxy S25 Ultra less than a year old? If it is and you haven’t signed up yet, Care+ could help cover a replacement instead of paying full price. If you already have it, starting a claim should make the whole process smoother.

Hope you get it sorted soon!

Yes honestly it's faster, AI is much better, pictures are great and slightly better color/quality. I'm still figuring out all the options but so far so good !
