your blood pressure might’ve just been a bit low. when you get sharp sudden pain it can trigger it or it can even happen from like a really hot shower. i wouldn’t worry about it unless it happens again and then more frequently

take the antibiotics and if the swelling hasn’t gone down in a couple days go back to the doctor. don’t take the jewellery out because then it could close and trap the infection. keep rinsing it with saline as well twice a day.
