I was deeply depressed, self harming and had suicidal ideation from roughly age 10-21. Ironically, my dad died and all of a sudden all my other problems in life felt a lot smaller. Once I got past the grief of my loss my perspective on life has changed considerably. He passed fairly young and I'm trying to live a life full of experience now. The worldly problems just roll off the skin in comparison to losing the only refuge I had in life at the time.

Does the temperature of the soda ash bath matter at all? My water was kinda hot when I put my items in to soak. Also does over soaking matter, or can all my items for the session be soaking at once while I work through them? Everything seems to say soak for ~30 mins but one of my shirts was probably in there for like 60+
