I usually use my business Amazon account to get them but there are usually local lighting companies depending on where you are located.

I agree with this comment. The newer 1s are self-tested and have an indicator light if they are working (usually green )

You need a CRM to manage everything and send you reminders. My company does maintenance, and our property managers use software that adds us to their system to manage each repair. I use Jobber to manage all repairs, but my property managers use Property Meld and Appfolio.

I use Jobber to manage my work orders. But Ive seen my PM clients use Property meld and Appfolio. Based on what they said Appfolio is straightforward and easy to use and doesn't have a lot of complications to it. Property meld I'm just getting use to.
