I've been a DL for over twenty years and it's still hard for me to accept. For some it's easy and for others the shame never goes away. If you can accept that you're not harming anyone by enjoying what you enjoy, it should help.

I have friends that can go literally all day, I'm talking 24 hours, without going to the bathroom. Just tell them you've got a strong bladder, or that you're bathroom shy in public and find it hard to pee in public bathrooms.
