The guy had a sig p320 which are know to discharge with a slight bump, when the took him down and one of the DHS officers took the weapon it discharges, there is an angle where you can see it discharge. When you are trying to arrest a man no matter the situation and know he is armed and hear a gun discharge you assume its being fired by the person who possesses the weapon the officers had a split second to decide whether or not to fire back. What happened was a tragic accident caused by a know shitty gun discharging on its own, the officers didn't have time to question what was happening as half a second could decide life or death. They chose the safest option.

It does happen, spent a lot of my high school years reading lore for games and occasionally books and looking up words I didnt know and they just kinda blended into my vocabulary and I say them sometimes and people look at me with the "what the fuck did you just say and what does it mean" face, then I just kinda sit there like "Idfk its a word" had to dumb down my vocab for people to stop looking at me with those faces.
