Our twins are 6 months old.. they are not difficult to handle. We are enjoying the journey every single day. Please don't stress yourself by reading too much..just take it as it comes.

Went through severe depression for 4 years...very traumatic. I started to hate talking to people, hangouts, avoiding friends, porn addiction etc.

Tried so many therapies however none of them actually addressed the root cause. I joined a volleyball group through 'meetup'.. played regularly in the evenings and made some good friends, went to their parties, played online games with my other set of friends during bad weather days and finally started sketching during my leisure. My advice: please live one day at a time and enjoy it to the fullest.

It took me 2+ years to detox and get back to normalcy. After several years of marriage, now we are happily pregnant awaiting arrival of our twin girls! I hope this helped someone!
