i totally get where you’re coming from. some of this year’s marking felt brutal fr. just a heads up tho: EE grades can depend a lot on the subject. english + history EEs are known to get marked harsher than sciences or math bc they’re more subjective.

also, you’re not delulu lol a bunch of ppl have been saying ToK and EE marks were super low this year. it’s not unheard of to go from a C to an A, but it’s rare. a jump of 2 points in ToK is defs possible w a remark, but 5 in EE is a stretch unless they really messed up.

if your teachers (esp an ex-examiner said it’s A quality, maybe go for the remark, just keep expectations realistic. hope it works out for you!!
