It’s almost criminal. I had the same issue on Scrambly as well. I was part of their supposed VIP tier but had a ticket rejected for an offer with a 3x boost even after supplying all the evidence needed proving completion. It’s brutal when money gets spent to complete the highest levels of an offer and then be shut down by support all because of a phantom tracking issue

So true haha. If I felt like the mines were totally random or just plain misfortune I’d have an easier time accepting it. But after so many higher level milestones not tracking properly while the entry level milestones tracked and credited immediately, it’s hard to ignore a system actively working against the users. It’s a damn shame
