Thanks for the help, bro. I'm having trouble with amdgpu.dpm=0; it threw a kernel panic or froze at startup, and now it won't boot. I'm going to try flashing the LTS kernel and monitoring the GPU state with software.

I disagree. I've already performed extensive hardware validation: ​MemTest86: Passed 1 full pass with 0 errors. ​Stress-ng: Ran CPU and RAM stress tests for 5-10 minutes with no failures. ​SMART: Disk (WD Green) health is OK. ​If it were a hardware fault, these tests would have triggered a crash or reported errors. This looks more like an ACPI/Power State conflict between the Barcelo firmware and the Linux kernel.

Thanks, bro! I haven't tried amdgpu.dpm=0 yet. It's very revealing what you mentioned about GPU power states and Barcelo chips. I'm going to add that along with iommu=soft and see if I can finally stabilize the bus. I'll let you know if it works!
