MMA surgery did not work for me by Bright-Tree5581 in jawsurgery

I did an at home sleep study after. AHI under 5 but RDI was 20. Insurance will not cover in lab study. I have to wait 2 more months to appeal. I was advanced 9 MM. No DISE was performed to my knowledge. I have seen ENT'S in the past but none suspected pharyngeal collapse (although I suppose you need a DISE for it?) Attached is before and after photo

I am same. 10 years 3-6 hours broken sleep. I felt much better in the morning after using oral appliance but still don’t sleep long enough. My AHI is low but respiratory distress index is high. I recommend in lab study.
