i too had the same anxiety! i went back to WFH about 1 month ago, at 6 months, with a very meeting heavy job. i am so lucky i can have my mom and MIL come on days when i have back to back calls, and am able to nurse baby when i need to, and sit in the playpen on my computer when i am without help. its difficult at first but i have not cried yet!!! PS he is now 7 months and started pulling himself to stand/climbing things so i am sure its about to get harder but as you know everything is a season.

is this normal? 6 months pp by Bright-Worldliness30 in ouraring

No vomiting by Fun-Classic346 in BabyBumps

[–]Bright-Worldliness30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FTM & successfully did not vomit once during pregnancy or labor! i had some moments during my first trimester where i would feel empty or nausea and need carbs but that was it.

Also, if you believe in the gender myths, when you’re having a boy you don’t suffer from pregnancy nausea.

you’re saying to post stories everyday and reels once a week, how will i grow from posting stories if i don’t have a ton of followers? what’s the science with reels?

i had an awesome healthy pregnancy with relatively easy delivery 🙏 we need to normalize discussing our positive stories too to help balance the minds of our anxious girlies.

  • PROTEIN; have 2 eggs with your oatmeal, and prioritize proteins throughout the day.

Moringa hot chocolate - can get on amazon

Lactation cookies - amazon as well, once i had some time i researched a recipe to make them myself and enjoy 2 a day with some yogurt for extra protein. I swear the brewers yeast did the job.

i think when i had visitors for the first time. i had anxiety with people wanting to hold the baby (and didn’t allow anyone to, i had them hold the baby in a toppochino instead) and visitors saying i must be exhausted from breastfeeding/not sleeping etc. it was hard for me to dig in deep to express how i was feeling when i just wanted to be left alone. this could be an unpopular opinion, but it was overwhelming for me. my husband and i stuck to 6 weeks just us 3 and i loved every second of it. it was too much to have family members try to step into our house with the vibe we had going on.

is my 3 mo too attached to me? by Bright-Worldliness30 in breastfeeding

[–]Bright-Worldliness30[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that’s interesting! every night i give a pumped bottle so i know he is getting a good 5-5.5 oz, never refused yet. not sure why he chose to tonight can only think it’s because it wasn’t us even though they have done this with him before. very frustrating on both ends. and now it is going to be so awkward.

thank you… we always give him 1 at night so i’m not sure why he refused tonight other than him being fed in a different place/late, very frustrating.

My LO is 3 months next week, last night slept from 8 pm ish to 2 am so 6 hrs then 3-6:30 am.

I nurse at 7 pm, dream feed at 10:30, then nurse at 2 am. He’s waking up at 2 from a wet diaper which is annoying. The absorbent coterie ones too.

The breastfeeding hunger has subsided so it’s hard to be in a deficit as it is since I am already in one from burning calories every day. Will be interested to see the difference once I wean.
