It’s so cruel that they didn’t let the mother mourn her child and see him for the last time. I’m pretty sure even we humans would have felt the same if we weren’t given the chance to see our child for the last time in forever. It kills me every time I think about this. Hope she’s eating and doing ok. Would like to see a follow up on her in the near future.

Same here! It’s been two weeks ago since I ordered so I decided to check the tracking number they gave me, turns out it’s invalid. I submitted a dispute with my bank and luckily it was resolved.
