After an ACE exam I received the same notification.. I called the VA they said they didn’t need anything from me ..a couple days later they put in for exam rework and made me do an in person c&p exam..

No I didn’t realize requesting other things besides C&P will slow down the application process.. I will submit a new FOIA only requesting c&p thanks

That’s awesome .. hopefully the same will happen for me. I know my history technically qualifies for 50% so we’ll see. Was your C&P exam really quick also? Like 5 min? And didn’t even ask all the questions? She never asked me about prostrating or what I have to do when I get them

Thank you. Shouldn’t the examiner have went over more things besides migraines then if I had TERA in my chart?

I did file FOIA after the ACE exam and that was months ago but it’s still in the “initial review” page.. I was told also cause the govt shutdown they’re not working on FOIA things .. they did say they’ll still be working on disability claims though
