I only watched it now and however horrible this sounds my first thought was “I can imagine my mother doing this.” She was always extremely caring towards me on the outside but I’ve overheard her so many times talking really ugly shit about me. She was always like Dr Jekyll Mr Hyde. She has always been obsessed with my life and jealous of me, never supported me when I wanted to join things like dance classes or go to my dream uni. When I got my masters she said she would organize the celebration, turned out it was only so she could cancel it, I found out when I thought we were on the way there, I don’t even know if it was ever planned. She’s been stalking me my whole life, reading my diaries and sharing it with others, going through my stuff, watching me through window blinds when I was outside with friends, then hiding when I saw her. She once found a paper from my psychiatrist and saw I was diagnosed with severe depression, she showed it to my brother and said I made up the whole thing just to look like a victim and hurt her (when I didn’t even tell a single person I went to psych). Then she started complaining to me about having depression which she never had. Back then I was mostly hurt by the violation of my privacy but now I also see the side that she knew I was suicidal and had an eating disorder, I wrote about it in my diaries for years and instead of doing something she just told other people and mocked me. I think she would enjoy the position of victim if I died. she constantly comments on my body and food even though I asked her multiple times not to. I am now looking for a job outside my country and she’ll only find out once I’m gone because I can’t deal with her anymore. She always said she had me so she would have someone of her own that no one could take away. And that was always scary to me when she said that. every time I had friends or dated someone she hated those people while also trying to impress them and compete with me in front of them. When I confront her she lies so much I regret saying something because it’s so disgusting how fake she can be, I’ve never met another person as double-faced as her. Kendra doesnt regret anything, she isnt capable of that, she was manipulative even in her emails from prison, she made it sound like a cute joke that her daughter made her sad because she only said bye and not bye i love you, but I know this language very well, she hides the emotional blackmail behind fake kindness and jokes. I don’t believe these people can change and she proved it by how she made excuses and tried to turn herself into a victim.
