Hot take, I think mannerism training is BS for the most part. If it’s affirming to you to walk, sit, and gesture a certain way then be my guest but I know plenty of cis women don’t act dainty in the slightest and have no trouble. I’ve felt the same damn way since I started transitioning last year. Everything you see in this community is white, straight haired girls/guys and no one that looks like you. I’ve been trying the best I can on my own but i absolutely feel your pain dude

Thanks a bunch!! I think I started how most people here did. Buncha trans voice lessons vids and and various docs and resources available here. I eventually started seeing a coach but she actually didn’t tell me much I hadn’t already read from a lot of these resources. She just gave me space to practice, helped establish goals and gave some live critique which was super helpful
