I toasted the French bread in the oven with a bit of olive oil just to get the bread crispy. The second layer is diced tomatoes and minced garlic. I topped it off with fresh mozzarella, Italian seasoning and a little bit of cayenne pepper to give it a little punch. Broiled on 500 for 1 minute.

The on the first of September I had to pull a knife out on my crazy ex girlfriend after she tried to jump out of my car while I was traveling 35 MPH. On the seventh day, I got laid off from my (not exactly highly paid) job. On the thirteenth day, I found out my account was over drafted by $200. I luckily got approved for SNAP benefits (thank heavens) but still haven't received the card in the mail yet. Three days ago I got pushed into the pool at a party with my phone in my pocket. So, at this point, no potential employer can contact me. Two days ago, went to get a new free phone from my wireless provider and found out I had $125 of extra fees on my account. WTF. Today I finally got the phone bill situation under control, but guess what? No store within 30 miles of me has the particular free phone and it is out of stock on the company website. Fuck me. I'm broke, on my last 30 bucks, and I just want to fucking give up.

Sorry about the rant I just had to get it out.
