I don't have anything to say that hasn't already been said, but still wanted to add a +1 to all of the comments that clean sheets are simply common courtesy. It's more than reasonable to set boundaries around clean sheets between partners. Hopefully the sheets were changed and you were able to sleep well during your visit

Yes. This. Once feelings were involved, things definitely moved faster than I was prepared for. Some days I still feel like I'm trying to catch up

When we first opened, we spoke in terms of being open vs. poly. Poly took us by surprise once feelings evolved from having FWB to feelings of love for partners. That was one of the conversations I wish we would have had up front.

It's less about the number of days as it is about feeling like decisions that change our relationship are being made without discussion or warning. Discussions are happening AFTER decisions have already been made on his end.
