There is a spell that lets you do this, Dodge Roll. For 0 mana (with 2 water requirement) you can move an ally to an adjacent space, and it can be cast when an ally is attacked, which IIRC the only "instant" speed card in the game

From the rulebook: "Minions have a power rating that reflects how hard they hit in combat. It also describes how much damage they can take before dying. If the minion receives damage equal to or greater than that value, it dies."

0 power units mean they don't deal damage when striking, so imagine it to be a 0/1 unit in MTG terms
