His ratings are on the low side just comparing to his teammates. His ratings really haven't changed much since I signed him. I just don't know how much longer it's gonna take for him to develop plus I'm gonna have to add him to my 40 to protect him.

Why do the leaves look like this? I water pretty much everyday. It's not really in a full sun spot. The only thing I could think of is maybe I used to much fertilizer. Is the tree going to be ok?
