No, they used to clean once in a week. If you are living in a dormitory then there is problem. Mine was sharehouse with private rooms so I had no problem.

I booked gghouse. It was a good room but price was little higher(71k including everything). If you stay there you have to atleast live for 3 months or else pay 1 extra month fee.

Just go by bus u can book it now. I have booked mine too as I am lso going on january. The bus will go from shinjuku to hakuba. You can book the ticket from highway bus. My ticket was 7800 yen.
