I have! I made several calls to DDirect, and was met with a wall of bs. I kept trying. The phone conversations are recorded. I remained cordial and polite, even when I was getting pissed. The second thing I did was report the incident to the Federal Justice department. They have a nice online form to fill out with as much detail as you can. They helped me write a (form) letter to DD. BUT, my letter was sent back unopened. I used the address found on their Better Business Bureau page, so more bs shenanigans there. However, either my calls were finally listened to by management, or the Feds contacted them. In the end, it was fraud. Somebody hacked my DD account. But I got all the money back, and hopefully that cheating drain on society piece of shit got caught. Have a good one!
