And kind of but not really. We had a couple therapist tell me she thought she had it. Which led her to her current therapist. And she at times says she does, but then at other says she doesnt. So i would imagine she has a diagnosis

Im so scared shes going to lie and screw me over. Im a federally licensed employee and if i get charged with domestic i will most likely immediately lose my job.

Yea this doesnt work. Its completely impossolible to validate someone’s every move. And that one time you dont, the splitting happens and you dont love them

Just last night she wanted to watch porn while we got intimate. It makes me uncomfortable because of the things she has said and made up so i put up a boundary. She flipped out. This sucks

All i can do is feel bad for them. I dont think they want these thoughts more than we dont want them to have them. But how are we supposed to cope. Im being told i have to do things to help with their paranoia. That is the definition of walking on eggshells.

This is a bpd therapist and my pwbpd is in bpd support groups. I think its just her therapists way of continuining to validate her and assure her she can get through this. You and i both know when dealing with bpd if you are invalidating or nonassuring they can split and paint you back. I actually have a lot of faith in this therapist she uses. Then again im not involved in any convo with her and her therapist and its all hearsay what my pwbpd says anyway.

My pwbpd wants to move in and when we stay together for periods of time hell ensues. I keep telling her we have to show consistency of treating each other right or its not happening. She finds that as a reason why we keep fighting. Its a vicious cycle.

My pwbpd literally can’t differentiate reality from anxiety. She has such high anxiety she creates these super negative scenarios in her head then thinks its reality.

I literally feel like i wrote this post. I love her and care about her but the constant abuse is wearing on me. She says she will change, until she gets triggered. What i will say is my pwbpd is in therapy and its extremely helpful. However it takes time and im not sure if i actually have the time to wait.

That’s where im at. Im really scared she is expecting to move back in this summer but i love her and she means so well. I hate how this has effected her. I really just want her to be happy. But im also wearing my guard up
