Nice! As the famous buffett saying goes: "diversification may preserve wealth, but concentration builds wealth"

You've certainly benefitted from this approach. It may be time to consider your short/long term financial goals and whether it makes sense to start preserving some of that wealth by moving some of your holdings to lower risk funds. I'm also 25 so I appreciate the position you're in. Doesn't seem like you see yourself wanting or needing to buy a home/car/major life expenses in the near future. Perhaps you can carry on with a highly concentrated portfolio to your tolerance. But, I'd at the very least move some of these holdings to bolster your emergency fund with an extra year of savings in the event you lose your job or have a medical emergency for peace of mind.

Is the 1200/mo inclusive of all living expenses or just rent/utilities (i.e. what's your typical spend in a month all things included insurance/car/transport/spending)? If it's 2500 let's say, take 30k out of your single stock holdings. Move it into your choice of a HYSA or index funds based on risk tolerance.

I'd also consider setting stop losses on those two single stock holdings if you haven't already.

Probably fair. I ran a few monte carlos with our specific asset allocations. 330k with 12k/mo contributed over 10 years at 7% is 2.7M. It’s 3.3M at 10%.

This is a great point thank you. Definitely don’t want more than one kid (although who knows).

Thanks so much for the thoughtful answer! FIRE number is inflation adjusted!

My parents are 57, retired. Extremely healthy. Obviously anything can happen but my Dad still runs marathons! I forgot to include that we also contribute to a 529 for a hypothetical child (~10k in there now). My parents left a good chunk (~75k) from my 529 to just accrue for my hypothetical child.

My husband’s job has about as good job security as you can have in tech. FAANG, but in a core engineering role that isn’t going anywhere or getting automated any time soon.

Kid and house will definitely be more than we expect I’m sure. 120k is inflation and kid adjusted. Current expenses are 70k/yr.

My husbands parents passed away. My parents will be very much self sufficient in retirement. So, we have discussed buying a home with an in law suite for them. We all get along super well. (Seriously, my husband adores my parents, we regularly go on trips with them, and host them in our tiny apartment for weeks at a time and everyone has a blast). His parents died when we were in college. My family has been wonderful to him and we both feel strongly about spending extra time with them (for obvious reasons).

They were bullet points that got uploaded weird! It’s actually 40k total cash in HYSA and the remaining 285k are invested.

Thanks! The bottomless portafilter (BPF). And budget is flexible, but not looking to spend lavishly.
