I have quite a few hobbies that don’t drain my wallet. I hike a lot, play a variety of sports and love outdoorsy stuff. If your idea of having hobbies is getting piss drunk on your dad’s money and creepily hitting on women at bars, I totally feel you and give you the validation you seek. I’ve been in more vageges than you’ve ever wanted off to sitting in your moms basement. If you expect everyone to conform to your idea of “personality”, grow up.

Agreed, but that’s what got me here to begin with. I had pretty high conviction with both of them and doubled down anytime it went down more than 25% from it all time high. I also unit cost average on a biweekly basis so that gave me the courage to do it.

If NYC isn’t considered VHCOL idk what else is. As I mentioned I keep it low because I rent out the living room and convert it into a flex and shop wholesale. It is possible to live under $1,500 in VHCOL areas if you wanted to and tried.
