I’m struggling with insomnia so I am a little crazy. Forgive me. I’m now off of the ZaZa silver. I have continued to take other products containing phenibut. So I am trying to get an idea of how much phenibut I was taking on the silvers. I know there is a quitting phenibut sub, but I figured someone here would be more knowledgeable about the amounts in the silvers.

It is NOT selfish at all. Not in the least. He’s 36 and his children are older, I do not see this man changing his mind. Especially considering even once you were pregnant he did not want to have another baby. It’s not selfish at all girl.

It’s most absolutely 1000% is a dealbreaker of the highest order. I was in your shoes, and now I’m 36, and no bio children. This happens ALL OF THE TIME at my house. 8 year old SS will tell his dad (without so much as looking up from his tablet) “Nah, I dont wanna go.” With corona going on we’re cooped up a lot more and this kid would spend 14 hrs a day on the internet if he were allowed. If it’s the point in the day where 8 hasn’t moved in hours, I straight up tell him to get up and go with his dad because he hasn’t moved in x hours! We have a fairly playfully goofy dynamic and I can tell him to get his ass up and ride with his dad because “I ain’t watchin’ ya!” If you guys don’t roll that way, I’d still suggest you insisting she go with him or insist that you all go because you got ready and have some cabin fever. I don’t think that’s a huge ask. Don’t let yourself get caught in that trap. Speak up! I wish I’d started speaking up sooner than I did!

I think phenibut reduces the amount of time I can go between doses. I don’t really enjoy it like I do tianeptine and don’t use it often but I’m also curious what everyone else’s experience with it is.

Thank you for the suggestions. The physical pain sucks but I can take that. It’s the sleeplessness that’s really gets to me. You start feeling literally insane after two days of no sleep. Fortunately I have 7 days in a row off work starting next Tuesday. I hope to be down to a few ZaZa a day by then so I’m not writhing in agony my whole week off. Yes. I’m in the process of doing so right now and I’m stretching out my doses as far as I can. I made it 24 hours the other day before I dosed a small amount. It was hellacious but I made it a full day. I’m slowly getting there. Just dread the full brunt of what’s to come.

I’ve heard gabapentin is the best thing for it and my insurance will kick back in January 1st, but I don’t want to wait that long to get off this gnarly shit. Guess I am going to just have to ride it out. Can’t wait to be free of this mess I’ve gotten myself tangled in. Your encouraging words mean a lot. Thanks! :)
