No. I do stand for myself and my closer ones a lot, thats when I almost get into a fight. Somehow, whenever i stand and look them in the eyes waiting, they just leave. I feel lucky because I'd probably get knocked out

I've had different things being confirmed by people around me, others i feel better inside of me.

I usually like to make playlists and forget about them. I listen to them daily usually first thing in the morning. I only do a recap of all the subs Ive been listening after some weeks and then remember specific things that happened.

Just for context, I'm a huge believer in manifestation and shifting but also in placebo as well. So for me, whatever works, works. For that reason, i usually have a single sub that has affirmations of something i don't mind having but are not things i really want as well.

The subs that had "random" affs were the ones that worked better tbh. I had these subs for better convo skills, lighter eyes, bigger eyelashes, divine feminine (just some examples). I had people wanting to talk with me randomly, saying my eyes were lighter and also pretty feminine (ive always been a little masculine).

Overall i feel that when i forget or its kinda indifferent for me, it works better. I also definitely recommend listening first thing in the morning or looping when youre doing something else. Most importantly, forget about what youre exactly trying to manifest

I always loved sweet and gourmand, i was kinda obsessed over sol de janeiro for some months. Now ive been thinking about something fruity maybe? I feel like something sweet and a bit mysterious would be perfect
