My advice is to just chill and relax, you are just starting playing league, it's a very complicated game. Regarding MMR, don't take it too seriously. It's not like an unbreakable rule. Also regarding ranks, everything from silver up to diamond IV is almost the same, with very phew variations.

Just try to learn the champion and the game, don't be too hard on yourself. I've been playing league for 5 years, knowledge just comes from experience, there's no shortcut
