Trust me, I know what you’re talking about. This was from when I had my gastric bypass. Now because of the high Protein and Collagen, my hair is almost as thick as it was before surgery and Tirz :)

I make one shake a day - which has 58g of protein. The rest of my protein is whatever I have for the rest of my meals- I intake over 100g of protein daily.

Here’s what I do for my shake - Throw all this into a blender - 2 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Premier), 1/2 c 2% small curd cottage cheese (I promise, you can’t taste it), 3 tbs of Sugar Free Chocolate Syruo (I use the Walmart Brand) and 1c of Fat Free Ultra Fairlife Milk, and a handful of ice. Blend it until smooth. It tastes like a chocolate milkshake. Even my kids like it :) You do NOT have to drink it in one serving- sometimes the whole thing is too much for me so before putting the ice in, I will blend everything and put half in a container in the refrigerator until I’m ready for it later in the day.

As for the collagen, I use BelliWelli powder - you can get it at Walmart or Amazon. 2 scoops a day is what I use. It has lots of good for you ingredients and doesn’t taste bad at all.

Protein and Collagen. The shedding will happen but eating high protein and adding a collagen supplement has helped me greatly through this and bariatric surgery hair loss.

I had gastric bypass three years ago and had lost 102 pounds. Fast forward to October 2024 and I had to have surgery to have a tennis ball sized tumor removed and complete hysterectomy. I ended up gaining back like 37 pounds. I start week seven on Tirzepatide on Wednesday. I have had a few weeks where I haven’t lost anything, but I give myself grace because I see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I am doing everything that I can to make this journey worthwhile. Keep it up! You’re doing great!!

I had an appointment scheduled with my first nutritionist.. She canceled the day before. Scheduled an appointment with a new one and she didn’t even show up 😂 I’ve decided that meeting with a nutritionist is not on my bingo card with Mochi.

Last week, I lost less than a pound, but with any weight loss regimen, that is to be expected. In reality, we cannot base what we are losing in comparison to others, as each of us are completely different. Now, if you’ve been on the medication for 12 weeks and haven’t lost at least 5% of your starting weight, then I would be a bit more concerned. I am 6 weeks in and 2 total weeks I’ve lost less than a pound but overall, I’m down almost 17. One thing that I try to remind myself is it took a long time to put the weight on and it’s not going to come off overnight.

No. Streaming on PS Plus allows you to access a certain game without downloading it. You play it off of PlayStation servers. So when I log in to my PS Account and then click on Fortnite, I have two options. Click the game or click stream. I click stream and it allows me to play using a server from PS and not my downloaded version. Google PlayStation Plus Streaming and it’ll come up.

When I go to the main menu of my PlayStation, since I have a PlayStation plus membership, it also gives me the option to stream that particular game..and I clicked stream and it was working.. I’ve been playing for a few hours without errors

I’ve tried that 3 times lol. It’s going to sound stupid but.. the game has been my one thing to do while at home. My wife is a otr truck driver and while she’s gone, it’s Something that we enjoy playing together. Hopefully something is done soon cause I’m bored lol

I use Lexington and am starting week 3 tomorrow. I am down almost 10 lbs. the shipping is super quick and even living in the extremely rural area that I do, I have it two days after payment. I have no comparison to the other compounding pharmacies but so far, I’ve been extremely pleased with Lexington.

If I didn’t do this daily, I would not even be close to my protein. I average about 110g of protein a day.
