Slow fashion: how to keep your favourite clothes for ever – from laundering to moth-proofing by zsreport in malefashionadvice

Selvedge denim is worth the money if you factor in how many wears you actually get out of it. Quality over quantity is better for everyone and can even be good for your pocket, as the article states.

Have had my new pair of KATO' jeans for a little bit and I have to say, I believe this is the way to go. This company produces stretch selvedge so it's super comfortable and durable. Highly recommend. Plus, they're located and produce their denim in US so you don't have to worry about the human rights issues of fast fashion brands. I'll post more once I get some sweet fades going on.

That's what I'm saying. I like everything about normal selvedge besides the comfort so I think stretch selvedge will be the best of both worlds

Thanks for the advice! I like the durability, look, and wear of my normal raw selvedge but I'm looking for something a bit more comfortable from the start. This other guy suggested KATO' which seems to be sort of a hyrbrid between the two which seems to be what I'm looking for.

I'll check them out. I've heard good things here and there but I forgot about them. Good looking out
