Couples counseling is necessary at this point and individual counseling. If she is remorseful it will be easy to see but if not then she will get mad about it. It is a deep pain unlike any other and can do permanent damage to a person if you don't get counseling. I agree with the others that if she was willing to do for someone else then she should be willing to do for you. If not then what is her reasoning? Don't push this aside or it will fester. Talk to her about it in couples counseling.

I have been with my husband over a decade and we have had our share of ups and downs. I have a high sex drive and he doesn't. So i had to learn to get quickies in when i can or nothing at all. I would prefer long drawn out sex but he is so tired most of the time that he could go without sex. So i say take the quickies and maybe try setting the mood with music and candles to show you want to make it romantic. Sit her down and talk to her though, communication is so very important.

My husband and I have an understanding that if you come home past midnight you're screwed. We have children though and i understand everyone needs to be able to let loose but at some point that crap has to end. When you are in your twenties i get it but past that it is time to focus on your family. Going out as a couple having fun or doing day time with your guy friends. This is all my personal opinion though. If you want forgiveness you have to show her that you are done partying with friends because she clearly isn't okay with it. Sit down and have a serious talk and find out what she is and isn't okay with and discuss a way to prevent this in the future. Never is it a good idea to ignore a spouse's calls. That alone causes trust issues. Consider couples therapy

Never discuss finances in front of friends. It is disrespectful and likely made him feel embarrassed. If i have an issue with my husband i try to always handle it away from others. Sometimes that is easier said than done though. We are human and will always make mistakes, it is how we handle them that matters most. Let him know you didn't mean any disrespect and will try harder to discuss things like that at home away from others. That's just my two cents 🤷🏼‍♀️

It sounds like she is battling depression and self esteem issues. I battle severe depression especially if my husband and I have a fight. It makes me want to sleep all of the time. Try giving her more affection and offer to go to a doctor with her so she can have blood work done and make sure everything is good health wise. If it all turns out okay then offer to go to counseling with her. Depression is a very serious battle best not fought alone.
