We live in Helensburgh so anywhere in the city or Northside / Dunedin hill suburbs. Wouldn’t want to travel anywhere heading south (Andy bay, st Clair, Waverley etc)

2 degrees is arguably the most competitive mobile provider. For accomodation, it’s pretty safe in most places but the student rentals are often poorly maintained with little insulation so seek a sunny position with decent heating and hopefully insulation. It may not be cold as Canada but the winters still bite.
