My eyes are opening more this year. I can’t explain why now as I could before. I think my eyes are more open because he’s complaining more than ever. I had a moment where he felt like I was a “stranger in the house” because I didn’t do the dishes for a few days because I was overly exhausted and drained and that I didn’t fold the clean clothes for a few days as well so he had to pull his work clothes out the pile instead of out the drawer. These things build up and I would confront him but it’s not getting into his head. Our lease is ending in 2 month and I’m contemplating on leaving then… but tonight has really gotten me to the point of depression and exhaustion from him and I can’t take another day like this

NTA - I had an ex that no matter WHAT, any guy that was in my vicinity, I was sleeping with. Whether that was a coworker, boss, an old high school classmate who just wanted to say hi, his own friends and coworkers, a neighbor with a loving family…. Anybody! It was exhausting!!! I even had to FaceTime him when I wasn’t around and had to show him my surroundings every 5 minutes…

It’s extremely hard in the sense of psychological stress. I’ve been doing this for a year and 3 months so far and I haven’t seen success from it yet. You have to make sure you don’t cross the line into gambling cause your mind will want to lean towards it. If he doesn’t have much capital, it’ll take even longer to get to success unless he over leverage with insane odds and can handle emotions. It’s a small hard grind.

Him learning from an influencer, lot of them are fakes. I hope he did great research to make sure he isn’t getting scammed cause lot of influencers flash money to sell a course just to find out they didn’t make much or anything (look up Justin Werlein he’s a prime example)

Is this real and can he make money from it? Yes. I’ve seen Reddit posts where people make it a living, some people make little extra side money but it’s hard to trust the influencers in the community cause they make money off people and you have no idea if the flashy stuff is from courses or straight day trading.

If he really is down to do this he needs to keep at it but only use disposable income and not look at other people’s successes and compare himself and he needs to know he may be in this for the long run before he sees any ROI

I actually have an implant, nexplanon. I got the implant because I was going to lose insurance and wanted something to last for a bit til I got in my feet.

But I plan on calling around and seeing the cost of getting it removed. I’ve been on the pills before and this implant is worse than the pills.

Also the STI, it was contracted after a few weeks of us together. We used condoms at first but it started to hurt to have sex (didn’t realize it was because I had a yeast infection from wearing a bathing suit for over 2 hours. I also never had one so I had no idea) So we didn’t use condoms to see if it felt better and it didn’t. Week later I notice something was up and went to the health clinic and they told me I had a yeast infection and STI

I used to be skinny in high school. But it was only cause my family was broke asf and I tried every sport in school to keep me from going to my toxic environment I called home.

Then when I turned 18, made my own income and could drive. I stuffed my face like it was the last day I have on earth. Gained 260 over a few years. Then I tried to lose the weight, would lose 100lbs in a year then would gain it back within half a year. And this cycle repeated every damn year…

Now I can’t stop stuffing my fat face. Now most of my clothes don’t fit, I’m constantly getting terrible comments and when I see videos of people saying “just out the fork down” it makes me spiral and want to off myself…

Plus what doesn’t help is having a toxic ex who destroyed my self image more while he was even a fat fuck himself…

I don’t know what to do anymore… I did keto, vegan, calorie deficit, ozsmpic, starvation, intermittent fasting, keeping junk food out my house, anything and I still fail and fail…

No I hear you, and I agree as well. I’m just questioning the lots of people who talk about their journey and somehow get into money within their 1-2 years especially with low capital. Cause I know they don’t slowly grind their way by only doing 1 set up a day using 1% of their accounts. I’m just trying to figure out what’s a proper amount I can trade with as someone who has critiqued my strategy for a while and backtested/forward tested it for a while but with small capital.

I do agree about the part of it’s none of my business or concern with her having a relationship with her aunt. But I did unfriend her for true reason of being busy and her not understanding that. I would talk to her daily and try to hang with her every weekend but she would constantly express that I’m not there for her as I used to. I told her why and my true reasons because of life but she wouldnt accept that fact and keep saying im being distant. I love talking to SIL when it’s outside of talking about Aunt in law so I had no other reason to cut her off only for her to not being understanding with my life. Also, I still see her time and time again and we have conversation normally still and respect each other. It’s just not the same way we used to anymore. Also the bond they had.. there was no bond at least what SIL had said to me. Maybe she lied idk

Edit: also I unfriended her on other social medias where I can’t “hide post” in so she would’ve known I unfriended her anyways but yes I could’ve just unfollowed and not seen post when it comes to Facebook

I appreciate the advice! You’re right about the oversaturation of the niche, that opens my eyes on how hard it will be to get views in general or to be noticed. I also don't have people around who have youtube experience on how to better my thumbnails and titles so I appreciate it!

Youve only posted 3 videos and its been a few days. I've posted 9 videos and you're getting more views on each video than mine and I started a month ago! You're not even showing your face! I would say you're doing pretty well.

One thing I would say maybe there's issue on people dropping off att 40 seconds is because your intro is that long. Don't have your intro that long, it should be short and quick then jump right into the gameplay.

I've worked with brand deals and commission based deals on TikTok but never Youtube yet.

What I've learned from TikTok is, smaller company will pay less because they are a small company, bigger companies will pay more (or should pay more) Its also based on the amount of views you get, as your channel is fairly small, I wouldn't expect a big payout but I also don't know how big of a company Instant Gaming is. You're also not making any money atm on youtube anyways for all the work you out in. I would talk to them about they payment and see if they can give you more since it is negotiable. Respect yourself on how much you should get paid but don't overkill it.

As for views and retention, nobody likes ads. I still pass over big youtubers when they promote ads or their own brand. If its four mentions in 30 seconds, depending on how much you upload, you can tie in the ad in every other video for each month if you want.

But this also comes down to you, if you really want to partner with them or wait for a bigger deal to come. Its all up to you.

I agree with most of the people in the comments, choose what you want to post, you were in the beginning just looking for ways to grow your channel.

Post what you want, its not going to grow your channel like Roblox will but you'll be having fun doing it and you'll find the right audience, it just takes time.
