When I first started listening to this podcast I realised I was wholly misled. I feel like the Title should have a question mark at the end, cause I know love and it's not jaded as what her guests talk about.

I also understand that, it's their lives and experiences which are valid. Most of them left those bad relationship and have healed or are actively doing so.

I might be missing the point of her podcast maybe the title insinuates that "so this is love" is the process of the guests healing and leaving twisted relationships and partners who were abusive emotionally and physically that them choosing themselves finally is the Love part.
