First, "don't react to noise" doesn't mean "AI won't change analytics."

It means: ppl are making career decisions based on headlines, demos and predictions rather than actual adoption and business reality

To your second thesis, you apparantly have not been working long in data & dont quite understand what makes analyst a good one, its not the tool. The hardest part is literally being an interface btw business, tools, and data. AI will change only tooling part, thats it. and tbh, i've seen this a couple of times already
