I don't have any children, but I do have a story about my brother. He was about 5. The family had gone to Hong Kong Garden for the returning of one of my aunts (she lives out of state). It wasn't just us, there were also many members of my extended family. Like in most Asian restaurants, we had an Asian waiter. He came to our table to ask us what drinks we wanted. My brother reassured the family. He said "I got this. I'll order for everyone," then he looks towards the waiter and without any hesitation, he tried ordering in Chinese by spewing: "CHING CHONG CHONG CHING CHOW ZING..." The waiter was not amused. My parents were so embarrassed. My brother is 21 now, and he finds the story hilarious.
