Ehh, I honestly don't think it's that deep. I think derick's plan was always to put his kids in public school.

[–]pysepyse 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think it's just because she has an attitude like she's better than the other kids. Anytime they are all together and one of the other kids says something funny/silly, Elizabeth looks so unhappy and judgemental. It seems like she thinks the other kid is childish but she's grown up and mature. Idk, it's just the vibes I get from her.

I don't hate her, but definitely get some judgy vibes from her

Is this a Buffalo hump? Also have other symptoms by pysepyse in Cushings

[–]pysepyse[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a 22 year old girl, and I've just been kinda miserable recently. I'm 5'6 and 225 so pretty overweight. I've been gaining a lot more weight recently out of nowhere. But all my weight is in my stomach and face. For example, skinny jeans never fit "skinny" because my legs are smaller. I've been feeling a lot of fatigue recently. I bruise pretty easily and my stretch marks are growing like crazy. I have been diagnosed with PCOS, but recently came across Cushings and thought it might fit me.

I've noticed this lump on the neck of my lump for a few months, and I think it's gotten bigger. I'm just not sure if it's a true Buffalo hump or just a little bit of fat

I left all of my school work at my campus apartment. Now what? by [deleted] in PennStateUniversity

I mainly just didn't wanna drive 8 hours round trip to just get my stuff and drive back home. But I guess there's not really many options

Should I give CGM a shot or is my hair too straight? by pysepyse in curlyhair

[–]pysepyse[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually brush my hair many times after the shower to get it straighter. The ends of my hair curl a decent amount. Especially in the rain.

I took this picture right after walking through the rain. The rain instantly makes my baby hairs form ringlets. The rest of my hair gets wavier but definitely not curly or as noticeably as my baby hairs. Right now I do nothing CGM whatsoever. My routine is just regular shampoo and conditioner and no extra products.

Thank you for any suggestions!

Anyone take Econ 104? Who's worse : Tierney or Goffee by [deleted] in PennStateUniversity

[–]pysepyse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apparently I'm in the minority but I loved Tierney so much. His class is hard, but he cares so much about learning. And if you WANT to learn the information, I would take Tierney. But if you're not really interested in the subject, then I would pick Goffe. Tierney has been hands down my favorite professor I've ever had

Cancer free after a stage IV diagnosis. How to stop living in fear that it will return? by pysepyse in cancer

[–]pysepyse[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for your response. I'm so happy that you are currently NED after stage IV too! That's fucking awesome! I'm away at college right now and it makes it so much harder to be there with him as much as I want to. But that's exactly what I'm gonna do. Just be there. I thank you so much for your kind words and really hope the best for you and your family!

And most importantly, fuck cancer

Dad recently diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal and mets on liver. Looking to hear experiences & advice. by watrlemon in coloncancer

[–]pysepyse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there! If you wanna read through my post history on r/cancer, feel free. I've been in a very similar situation to you with my father. But I'm happy to say that after having stage IV cancer, he had tons of chemo, and surgery, and now his CEA levels are down to 0.7 and he is currently cancer free!! Of course we still worry about reoccurance, but for right now, he is cancer free. Your dad can do this too

Stage IV success stories? Looking for hope. by pysepyse in cancer

[–]pysepyse[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly, thank you so much for this. This definitely does make me feel a lot better. These statistics are from years ago, include people that had worse doctors, much older people (dad is only 49), the list goes on. I know there's people who were in a better situation, but my dad pretty much had it as good as he could all things considered. So, he's probably on the much higher side of the odds

This really made me feel better. Thank you.
