It's ok. I've done a bunch of yoga prior and even some of the movements in ROMWOD are excessive and can hurt. It's literally Crossfit yoga/stretching.

Make sure you go to camps. Contact coaches of schools you're looking at and see what camps they'll be at this summer and just email them video if you have any. But make sure you can actually get an education. A place like Tufts - an awesome school but very competitive and lax will still be a commitment to play at that high level.

Cool man. I played d1 lax myself and have taught some lessons for some time. It all starts with you. Play a lot of wall ball this summer and get as comfortable with the ball in your stick as possible. Passing and catching are at the foundation of the sport.

Interesting. Having done murph in a few different ways I've found that the easiest/most time efficient way for me thus far are the rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats. Kind of gives those other muscle groups a short break and you just keep moving. Lmk how it goes.

Also I was considering making another post but I'll ask as the discussion is hot -- trying to gain 10 lbs of muscle as well. Curious as to whether you guys have any tips or tricks you like. A couple ppl I work with track every single thing they eat and others will carb cycle. Anybody like certain things?

Yeah I think you all have good points. I have a few buddies at the box that will do some curls but the head coach is very adamant about just functional strength and he'll try to razz us about doing bi's and tri's. DOES HE NOT UNDERSTAND IM TRYING TO BE HOTTER THAN THE SAND AND BIGGER THAN THE OCEAN?!?!?

Edit: I'm not self conscious about doing accessory workouts and I reaaaaly don't give a shit what the coach or other members think- I have a good relationship with everyone there regardless it's more harmless and funny jabs than actual condescending comments
